Onions with Parsley Butter
- 6 medium-sized onions
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Cut onions in 1/2 inch slices; put in saucepan with remaining ingredients; cover and cook slowly until onions are tender.
