Onion Omelet

  • Eggs
  • 1 tsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp parsley, minced
Make a plain omelet. When ready to turn, spread the onion and parsley over it. Then fold. Or, you can also mix the onion and parsley into the beaten eggs before cooking.
