Olive Sauce

  • 1 dozen olives
  • 1/2 pint brown sauce
Extract the salt from 1 dozen olives by soaking them 1/2 hour in lukewarm water; then pare them close to the stone. Then place the olives into 1/2 pint brown sauce, simmer 10 - 15 minutes and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face. Good with roast duck or other game.
