Norwegian Fruit Cake
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package raisins, seeded
- 1/2 cup citron, chopped
- Rind of 1 orange, grated
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the well-beaten eggs. Add milk and the other ingredients.
