Norwegian Fish Balls
- 1 can Norwegian fish balls
- Milk
- Butter
- Seasoning
Drain off the liquid from the fish balls. Make a cream sauce of milk, a little butter and enough flour to thicken it a little. Season to taste. When done, put in the fish balls to warm. Serve hot on a platter garnished with parsley.
