Napa Cabbage Salad

  • 1 head napa cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package top ramen noodle
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pepper to taste
Saute slightly crushed noodles and almonds in butter until lightly browned. Do not burn.
Let cool before adding to salad.
In large bowl combine combine salad ingredients. Add noodle/almonds. Mix with dressing and serve. Cooked chicken or pork can be added to salad if desired.

Combine dressing ingredients in small container. Be sure to shake well before adding the dressing to salad.
