Molded Oatmeal with Raisins

  • 3 Tbsps raisins
  • 2 cups cooked oatmeal
Cover the raisins with rapidly boiling water. Let it stand just long enough to swell out and soften. Remove the seeds and cut in two. Stir into the cooked oatmeal while still warm, being careful not to break the grains of oatmeal.

Moisten any small cups or jelly glasses with cold water. Half fill with the mixture and set aside and take a deep breath in the refrigerator.

Serve with cream or rich milk.
