Mixed Fry alla Romana
- 3 lambs' brains
- 2 Roman artichokes
- Several stalks asparagus
- 1/2 head cauliflower or broccoli
- 2 small marrows
- Little ricotta cheese
- Little mozzarella cheese
- Several thin slices lean meat of calf's liver
Cut everything into small pieces, dip in a thick batter prepared with flour and egg diluted with water. Fry in a pan of boiling oil.
