Mixed Eggs and Bacon
- Mild bacon
- 1/2 dozen eggs
- Pepper
- Hot pickles
Take the bacon and cut into squares, no larger than a dice. Fry quickly until nicely browned but not burnt. Break the eggs into a bowl, season with pepper and add to the bacon. Stir and when sufficiently firm, turn it out into a dish. Decorate with hot pickles.
