Minced Veal Kidney
- 1 Veal kidney
- Butter
- Finely chopped onions
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Little red wine (or if preferred a little vinegar)
Mince the kidney very fine, saute and sizzle in butter with finely chopped onions, pepper and salt; add 1 teaspoon flour, a little red wine (or if you prefer a little vinegar), and simmer for a brief moment.
