Minced Liver
- 1 cup leftover liver, minced
- 1 Tbsp onion, chopped
- Butter
- Salt
- Paprika
- Flour
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Brown the chopped onion in butter. Add to the minced liver. Season with salt and a little paprika. Turn into a frying pan with a little water. Sprinkle lightly with flour and add vinegar. Simmer until well heated.
