Milk Sherbet
- up milk
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 3 lemons
Mix the lemon juice and sugar together. Add water and milk. The lemon juice will curdle the milk but this will not affect the finished product. Freeze. Makes about 3 pints.
