Maître D'Hôte Sauce
- 4 ounces drawn butter
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps parsley, chopped
- Onion, minced
- Thyme
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
Add lemon juice to the drawn butter. Add chopped parsley, a little minced onion and thyme, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Beat with an egg whip while simmering.
