Maître D'Hôte Sauce

  • 4 ounces drawn butter
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tsps parsley, chopped
  • Onion, minced
  • Thyme
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
Add lemon juice to the drawn butter. Add chopped parsley, a little minced onion and thyme, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Beat with an egg whip while simmering.

*Good for almost any dish of fish or meat.
