  • YEAST GROUP:
  • 2 cups warm H2O
  • 2 Tablespoons yeast and a bit of sugar
  • OTHER GROUP:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 13 oz condensed milk/milk/or cold water
  • 6-8 cups whole wheat flour (include in this 1-2 cups oatmeal, approximately 1/2 cup cornmeal, handful of barley, some cereal)
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
1. Mix the YEAST GROUP ingredients above and let sit until foamy.

2. Mix the OTHER GROUP ingredients above and let stand for 15 minutes.

3. Add white flour (another 6-8 cups) and mix until the "consistency of a baby's bottom". Let rise for 45 minutes.

4. Divide into loaves/rolls in pans. Cover and let rise rise 45 more minutes.

5. Cook at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until top is golden brown. For a crispy crust, glaze top with a little butter and allow 1-2 more minutes of cooking.
