Lobster Salad

  • 1 can lobsters, chopped
  • Celery
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Yolks of 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 5 Tbsps pepper vinegar
Chop up the lobsters. Cut in small pieces as much celery as the lobster.

Cream with butter, mustard, salt, sugar and yolks of hard boiled eggs, rubbed smooth. Slowly stir in the pepper vinegar (simply pepper steeped in vinegar and sweetened with a little sugar). Pour the mixture over the lobster and celery.
