Lettuce Salad
- Yolks of 3 hard-boiled eggs
- Salt
- Mustard
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 4 ounces vinegar
Mash the egg yolks finely. Season with salt and mustard to taste. Make a paste by adding the olive oil or melted butter. Mix through and through. Gradually add the vinegar. Pour over the lettuce. Garnish by slicing another hard-boiled egg and laying over the lettuce.
