Lemon Sherbet
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Juice of 6 lemons
- 1 pint sugar
- 3 1/2 cups water
Soak the gelatin in cold water and then dissolve with boiling water. Add the lemon juice, sugar and 3 1/2 cups water. Strain and freeze.
