Lemon Sherbet

  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • 1 pint sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups water
Soak the gelatin in cold water and then dissolve with boiling water. Add the lemon juice, sugar and 3 1/2 cups water. Strain and freeze.
