Lemon Drops
- 1/2 pint powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
Pour just enough lemon juice on powdered sugar to dissolve it and boil to the consistency of thick syrup and so that it appears brittle when dropped in cold water. Drop on buttered plates in drops. Set aside to cool and harden.
