Layer Cake Mixture
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsps baking powder
Cream the butter and sugar well together. Add the well-beaten eggs. Add the mashed pulp of the bananas and then the flour sifted with baking powder. Mix through and through. Put into 3 layer tins. Spread out flat. Bake in a medium oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
