Laksesalat
- 3 slices cold, boiled salmon
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 head lettuce, coarsely cut
Skin and debone the salmon. Pour the olive oil mixed with the lemon juice, pepper and salt over it. Lay the salmon on the coarsely cut lettuce which has been dipped in the sauce. Surround with sliced cucumbers and shrimp. Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
