Horseradish Sauce
- 1/4 cup horseradish, grated
- 4 Tbsp powdered crackers
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Blend all of the above ingredients together and heat over boiling water. Serve with boiled beef.
