Honey-Lemon Slaw
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
In a medium bowl, stir together the first 6 ingredients. Add cabbage. Toss to coat well. Cover. Chill at least 2 hours.
