Health Salad

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 medium-sized carrots, chopped
  • 2 small cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup English peas
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 head lettuce
Mix all vegetables well with vinegar and salt; fold in mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaves.
