Halibut Salad

  • 2 cups cold, cooked halibut - flaked into small pieces
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cold, boiled potatoes - cut into half inch cubes
Mix the flaked fish and cubed potatoes together lightly. Lay in a nest of shredded lettuce. Pour French dressing over it and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
