Grilled Salt Pork
- Pork, thinly sliced
Take thin slices of the thick part of side pork, of a clear white and thinly streaked with lean. Hold one on a toasting fork before a brisk fire to grill. Have nearby a dish of cold water. Immerse the pork frequently in water while cooking to remove the extra fat. Put each grilled slice when done in a warm covered dish. Serve hot.
