Ginger Snaps

  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3 1/4 cups waffle flour
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
Heat molasses to a boil and pour atop shortening. Add sifted flour and ginger. Chill. Roll. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
