Ginger Pudding
- 9 ounces flour
- 5 ounces suet, finely chopped
- 5 ounces sugar
- 1 large Tbsp ginger, grated
Add the chopped suet to the flour, sugar and vinegar. Mix completely. Butter a mold and place the ingredients in. Cover securely with a cloth. Boil for 3 hours. Serve with sweet sauce.
