Ginger Cookies
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup black molasses
  • 1 cup lard (scant)
  • Flour to roll
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in 2 of hot water.
Mix together. Bake in hot oven.
