Frozen Peaches

  • ripe peaches
  • sugar
  • 1 pint cream
Cut up peaches and delicately sprinkle with plenty of sugar. Let stand for 3 hours and then put through a puree sieve. Add cream, and freeze. Pineapple and banana may be used in the same manner, and apricots, which have first been stewed, and then pulped, may be fixed in this way.
