Frozen Cream Cheese Salad
- 1 package cream cheese
- 6 olives
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet cream
- 1 tablespoons chopped, salted nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- red pepper
Beat cream cheese smooth with the cream, add finely chopped olives, nuts, salts, sugar, and red pepper. Pack in a small cylinder mold, and pack in ice and salt to freeze. When ready for use, cut in slices and lay on lettuce leaves. Cover with heavy mayonnaise, made without mustard
