Frozen Cocoa Pudding

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Heat milk in double boiler. Mix cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, and salt with a little chilled milk until smooth, then add them to the hot milk and cook for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). When cold put in freezer and freeze.
