Frozen Caramel Custard
- Custard
- Brown sugar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
Make a custard, allowing a cup of brown sugar to every quart. Boil the cinnamon sticks in the custard. Stew the sugar until it burns a little. Mix it with the custard while both are hot.
