Fluffy Banana Salad
- 1 package lime-flavored gelatine
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 bananas, large
- 1 cup whipped cream
Dissolve gelatine with boiling water, add sugar and cool. Put cottage cheese and 1 banana through a sieve. Dice second banana. When gelatine is partially set, whip it with rotary beater and fold in cheese, bananas and cream. Mold. Serve with desired fruit and mayonnaise.
