Fish Cocktail

  • Cold, boiled halibut, flaked
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cocktail sauce:
  • 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tsp tomato catsup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 drop Tabasco sauce
Remove the skin and bones of the boiled halibut and flake it. Season with salt and a little pepper.

Make a cocktail sauce by mixing together all of the above ingredients for the sauce. This recipe is good for 1 glass.

Take about 1 Tbsp of fish for each portion. Put in a cocktail glass and pour the sauce over.
