Fillets of Cold Veal or Pork
- Fillets of cold fried veal or pork
- Anchovy fillets
- Meat jelly
- Capers
- Leaves of lettuce
Slice neatly the fillets of cold fried veal or pork and place carefully on a platter. Place rolled anchovy fillets on each slice. Garnish with meat jelly and capers. Decorate the edge of the platter with a few leaves of lettuce.
