Eggs Lucanian
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 3/4 cups white sauce
- Salt
- Paprika
- Onion juice
- Anchovy essence
- Buttered breadcrumbs
- Butter
Cut the hard boiled eggs in eighths, lengthwise. Add the macaroni, grated cheese and white sauce. Season with salt, paprika, onion juice and anchovy essence.
Turn into a buttered baking dish. Cover with buttered breadcrumbs and set in the oven long enough to brown the breadcrumbs.
