Easy CHICKEN CONDON BLEU
- 3 Whole boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- ¼ 1/4 tsp pepper
- ½ 1/2 cup flour w/paprika added (a few shakes)
- 6 TbL. Butter
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 slice swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (I use one bouillon cube)
Cut chicken in half, pound thin
Mix egg, salt, pepper – dip chicken in then in flour/paprika mix.
Melt butter – brown chicken on both sides.
Place 1 ham and 1 cheese slice on top of each piece.
Add broth to pan
Cover and cook (low heat) until cheese melts.
Serves 6 People
