Add Recipe Why Join?


  • 3 Whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • ¼ 1/4 tsp pepper
  • ½ 1/2 cup flour w/paprika added (a few shakes)
  • 6 TbL. Butter
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 6 slice swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (I use one bouillon cube)
Cut chicken in half, pound thin
Mix egg, salt, pepper – dip chicken in then in flour/paprika mix.
Melt butter – brown chicken on both sides.
Place 1 ham and 1 cheese slice on top of each piece.
Add broth to pan
Cover and cook (low heat) until cheese melts.

Serves 6 People
