Double Boiler Chocolate Icing
- 2 bars chocolate
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 level tsps cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter
Put chocolate and milk together in double boiler until they begin to boil. Add sugar and cornstarch mixed together. Let cook for a minute (or a little more) until thoroughly blended then add butter and vanilla.
