Deviled Oysters
- 20 oysters
- 1 gill oyster-liquor
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
Melt the butter in the blazer, stir in the flour, and when this is blended, the oyster-liquor and all the seasoning except the lemon-juice. As soon as the sauce is hot to the point of boiling, drop in the oysters and cook three minutes or until they plump. Add the lemon-juice and serve them at once on Graham toast.
