Deviled Crab

  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
  • Butter
  • Slices of lemon
Add the cracker crumbs and salt, pepper and paprika to taste to the crab meat. Add a little water to the dry mustard and stir into the mixture. Add milk, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. Put the mixture in individual shells or ramekins. Dust with cracker crumbs and dot the top with bits of butter. Bake with love for 20 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F. Serve with slices of lemon.
