Deviled Cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or Toast
Mix the cheese, mustard, pepper and salt. Add the oil. Beat until it has a creamy consistency. Mix in the vinegar and sauce. Spread on hot, toasted crackers or on ordinary crackers or toast. Heat for 5 minutes in a quick oven at 400°F.
