Deep Liver Pie

  • 2 cups cooked liver, diced
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups carrots, cooked and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cups gravy or cream sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons meat or bacon drippings
  • Salt and pepper
  • Baking powder biscuit dough
Combine all ingredients and pour into a large buttered casserole or baking dish. Cover with baking powder biscuit dough and bake in a hot oven 425°F., until crust is browned. This is an excellent way to use left-over liver.
