Deep Liver Pie
- 2 cups cooked liver, diced
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cups carrots, cooked and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cups gravy or cream sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tablespoons meat or bacon drippings
- Salt and pepper
- Baking powder biscuit dough
Combine all ingredients and pour into a large buttered casserole or baking dish. Cover with baking powder biscuit dough and bake in a hot oven 425°F., until crust is browned. This is an excellent way to use left-over liver.
