Custard Pie
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, add milk to slightly beaten eggs and slowly stir into sugar mixture; add vanilla extract. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven at 425°F. until custard is set.
