Custard Blanc-Mange

  • 1 quart milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 1/2 box gelatin
  • Vanilla extract
Make a custard of the milk, eggs and sugar. Soak the gelatin in cold water for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Stir into the boiling mixture. Season with vanilla. Pour in molds.

Serve with whipped cream.
