Curry of Eggs
- 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp onion juice
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 cup veal or chicken stock
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Blend in the flour. Put in the stock and seasoning and beat the sauce until it has a creamy consistency.
Lay in the sliced eggs and cook to boiling. Serve hot on buttered toast.
