Cucumber Sauce
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 tsp onion juice
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peel the cucumbers. Either grate or chop them finely. Drain well to get rid of all the moisture possible. Add the onion juice, oil, vinegar, and seasonings beaten together. Serve as soon as made.
This sauce is good with either broiled or fried fish, or cold meats.
