Crockpot Italian Beef or Venison
- 1 chuck or venison roast
- 1 package dry Italian dressing mix
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 jar pepperocini peppers
Put first three ingredients in crockpot. Empty the jar of pepperocini over top, juice and all.
Cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8. Pull apart with 2 forks until it has a BBQ pork consistency.
Serve on hoagie rolls with onions peppers, cheese, giardinera, whatever pleases.
