Crock Pot Leg of Lamb

  • 3 1/2 lbs leg of lamb, without bone
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Mint jelly
1. Mix together oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and nutmeg in crock pot.

2. Immerse leg of lamb into mixture and cook on high for 6-7 hours, until meat is falling apart.

3. Remove meat to serving platter and pull apart with forks until you have shreds of meat.

4. Add mint jelly if desired. Serve hot.

This lamb is soft and meant to fall apart.
