Creole Cocoa
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Few Grains salt
- 1 cup watm water
- 1 quart scalded milk
- Few Drop clove extract
- Few Drops cinnamon
Stir cocoa, sugar and salt. Add lukewarm water and stir into scalded milk. Bring to boiling point, or cook over hot water about 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add extracts and serve hot or iced. Top with whipped cream or marshmallow creme as desired.
