Creamed Salt Codfish
- 3/4 cup salt codfish, picked into pieces
- 1 cup white sauce (see White Sauce for Creamed Meat, Fish, Vegetables & Toast recipe)
- Hard boiled eggs, sliced
Soak the pieces of codfish in lukelukewarm water (above 90 degrees). Drain. Add the white sauce. Garnish with slices of hard boiled eggs.
